Casa Sianda has everything you need in a home away from home. It has been lovingly renovated and we are keen to ensure that you have everything you need for your stay, from beach towels and beach chairs, to barbecue utensils and dishwashing tablets.

Casa Sianda is perfect for your family holiday with lots to offer youngsters and adults alike and equally perfect for active couples who are looking for extended time away with the possibility of inviting family and friends.

There are three double bedrooms, all air-conditioned and with ample built in cupboards. The master bedroom has its own en-suite and the other two bedrooms each have two single beds. One of these bedrooms has the ability to convert the two singles into a large double bed. All three bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

Historic Dénia is a UNESCO recognised City of Gastronomy in Spain, enjoying over 300 days of sunshine per year. Whether you're a nature lover, a foodie or an adventurer, Dénia has something for everyone. Nestled at the foot of Montgó Natural Park, Casa Sianda offers the perfect mix of tranquility, nature and easy access to Dénia's lively coastline.

There are three restaurants within walking distance as well as the entrance to the Montgó Natural Park.

Dénia and its surroundings are ideal for beach lovers and nature lovers alike. The region is famous for its fresh product markets.

"We have rented many villas over the past 20+ years, in Denia & elsewhere, and Casa Sianda is definitely one of the very best and we are already planning to return. The garden is immaculate & spacious, with lots of different places to sit comfortably throughout the day, either in sun or shade. The villa is also spacious, very comfortable, finished to a very high standard & extremely well equipped with everything we needed to live comfortably & self cater for our two week stay - Jane & Bruce seemed to have thought of everything! The location is also perfect for us - a lovely residential neighbourhood just a short drive into to town for an endless choice of good restaurants, well stocked supermarkets and, of course, the beach.

We always say if this place was ours, what would we change & there's always something, but not this time - we couldn't think of anything!"

"We had a wonderful 10 days staying in Casa Sianda with our two kids. The villa itself was perfect and we were happy to relax there all day playing in the pool. Denia itself was such great fun to explore from our homebase - within 5 mins in the car you can get town and another 5 you can be at a variety of beaches. We spent a fair bit of time at Blay but all along the coast there were lots that were great for kids, Jane and Bruce had lots of recommendations. It was a lovely holiday - we'll be back!"

"We loved Casa Sianda with its fantastic views of the town and sea below, and the Montgó mountains behind.

The villa is really spacious and comfortable with air conditioning in the bedrooms and hot showers.

The castle and beach are only a five minute drive away as well as the town with its amazing bars and restaurants. Behind the villa the extensive trails in the National Park are really well maintained and signposted.

The owners, Jane and Bruce, have created a beautiful home and we are looking forward to returning and lazing in the pool and drinking a cocktail on the balcony."
