The Battersea Green 3 Bedroom House
Spread across four tastefully furnished floors, this characterful Battersea house is perfect for families and friend groups. Balancing an authentic lived-in feel with a full suite of amenities, you`ll be able to really settle into your stay across the home`s many attractive spaces. The location is excellent, with the pleasant greenery of Battersea Park only ten minutes away and the upmarket shopping district of Battersea Power Station (and its eponymous tube station) reachable in half an hour.

Private entrance through your own front door into a welcoming hallway.
Please note: one room and some wardrobe space will be locked away for the owners` belongings, but there is plenty of storage available for guests.

To the left of the entrance is a spacious living room with a TV offering SKY TV and a cosy space to relax.
A few steps down leads you to a gorgeous kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances, a central island with stools, and a large dining table that seats the whole family.
From the kitchen, step out into the outdoor patio featuring a small bench, a BBQ grill perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings.

First floor:
A bright bedroom that sleeps up to 2 guests, complete with a small desk or vanity area.
A stylish family bathroom with a standalone shower, bath, double sink, toilet, and calming green décor.
A red-painted WC for added convenience.
Second floor:
The master bedroom with a beautifully designed ensuite that blends seamlessly into the bedroomâs cupboard space. Enjoy both a luxurious bathtub and a separate shower.
Third floor:
A stunning loft bedroom with doors that open to a lovely view and allow a fresh breeze to flow through.
This room also features a private ensuite with an in-bath shower and toilet.

BABY COT - A baby travel cot (also known as a `pack and play`) and high chair are available upon request (for a surcharge), but we must have at least 3 days notice

*Please remove your shoes inside the property
*Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed beforehand

*Losing a set of keys will result in an *ÂŁ150 charge to get them replaced. (*The penalty charge may be more if we need to get the locks changed.)
We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of ÂŁ500 if any of our house rules are broken.
