Pool house chauffé de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain dans le quartier Rose Garden sur El Dorado Pkwy. Quartier assez proche à distance de marche de Rotary Park et Tarpon Point. PrÚs des commerces, à 10 minutes de la plage de Cape Coral, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport de Fort Myers, à 25 minutes de la plage de Fort Myers et de l'ßle de Sanibel. Maison entiÚrement meublée avec garage. Beaucoup de sentiers pédestres et cyclables. Le salon a un canapé pleine grandeur et une causeuse avec télévision par cùble. La chambre principale est meublée avec un lit king size avec un grand placard et une télévision avec cùble. La chambre 1 a un lit king size avec placard et télévision avec cùble. Chambre 2 a un lit queen et un placard, avec TV pour brancher un lecteur DVD

Amazing time

We stayed for the week and didn't want to leave. The owners thought of everything someone would need. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans and seasonings if someone wants to cook. The beds were extremely comfortable and top of the line. The nest part of the house was of the having a pool a few steps away. The neighborhood is very quiet and never heard any noise. The location is close to restaurants and to several beaches. The owners were so thoughtful and had ordered four brand new floats for the pool that was waiting for us upon our arrival. Tons of bikes for use in the garage, toys for young kids, and things to take to the beach like chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and coolers. We had an amazing time and loved the home that they made us feel welcome in. We plan to definitely return for more fun and family memories. If you're looking for a place far enough from the party scene but closer enough to beaches and a quiet evening please be sure to give this home a chance, you won't regret it.

Great place, great location

Had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was in the home. Loved having stuff for the beach in the garage and the bikes yo take to the park near the home. Homeowners answered all the questions we had instantly. Would highly recommend.

Relaxation with everything we needed

This home away from home felt like we were coming home. From the sign at the door welcoming us personally, the stocked pantry, the bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, the adorable house and decor and so much more made each day there feel like a warm hug. The wonderful lanai and pool was where we spent most of our time. We are our meals out in the lanai and the kids loved the convenience of walking out and jumping in the pool. We also enjoyed bike rides to the park and restaurants just down the road. Day trips to Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island and Naples were easy to drive to. Renting a pontoon at the marina down the road, exploring the canals of Cape Coral, and floating up the coast of Sanibel Island while surrounded by dolphins was a highlight of the trip. The owners of the home were super easy to work with and made sure we knew they were a phone call away if we needed anything. Thanks for the opportunity to stay at this wonderful place.

Fantastic Vacation Property

Randy and Brook were excellent hosts and their home is beautiful! We had so much fun and especially loved the pool. We are already in the beginning stages of planning another trip with our grandchildren.

The Scalan,s Fla winter retreat

The property was better than expected, very clean. Everything we needed was there. If we needed anything the food store was 2 minutes away. If we had issues and we did only once the owner called back right away. I couldn't get the dvd to work and the owner said I needed to plug it in. Sounds silly but, sometimes its just simple. That was the only issues we had. The area was very nice. The pool was outstanding , resturants in the area were great. This system setup by the owner was great. The pool people came cleaned the pool and the landscaper keep the outside looking great. I recommend this home to anyone looking to have a great vacation in a beautiful place. JJS
