The house looks just like the photos and was wonderful to stay at for a month. We loved the view, it never got old. Enjoyed hanging out on the lanai, the umbrella was an added plus during the early part of the day. Padded loungers would have been nice, but the pads for the outside table and chairs worked well on the loungers. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware and was very user friendly. Dishwasher didn't do a good job.
Unfortunately the living room was extremely echo-y which made tv watching difficult, and closed captions necessary.
Had a terrible encounter across the canal w a neighbor who was playing music incredibly loudly which he initially refused to turn down. He wasn't there that often, so the loud music only happened 3 times. But this does make us wonder if we would return.
We enjoyed plenty of restaurants in Cape Coral-Lobster Lady always packed for good reason, Surfside Ginger Bistro, My Sweet Art, Monarca's. Plenty of choices. Loved shopping at Farmer Joe's.
We had a terrific time despite the loud music and it was a delight to see and hear the fish jumping in the canals.
My family of 5 had a very fun and relaxing stay at this place. The property manager was easy to work with and it looked as good in person as it does in the pictures.
Great neighborhood to walk, run around. Very quiet and peaceful. Great deck and canal to relax.
Property was very clean and supply with everything needed. Great view from the patio with pool and canal. If you like fishing... you could relax at the deck area.
We loved our stay at this property. The location was so peaceful. We really enjoyed kayaking in the canals - so much to explore. The home was spacious, clean & beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.
Beautiful Home in a lovely middle to upscale neighborhood. Gorgeous view of the canal from the lanai/pool area. The boat dock is made of trek deck and lovely for sun bathing, fishing or star gazing. Pool area has plenty of chaise lounges chairs. Pool goes to 5.5â deep and is heated. There were a few pool noodles in the garage. Grill on the patio works great and there is a grill pan in the kitchen area. Table for 6 on the covered lanai is lovely for any meal. Master bedroom with king size bed is âAwesomeâ, his n her closets, huge bathroom with full walk thru shower and sliding glass doors onto pool patio area. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with plenty of dresser space & large closet with private entrance into bathroom, sliding glass doors onto pool patio area. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds with only 1 small dresser with 2 drawers & 4 baskets but large closet, shared bathroom with 2nd bedroom...nice large shower but small vanity/sink area. Kitchen is quite large and has everything you could want, literally. It was very nice to see that there were spices, etc in the cupboard and foil & wrap in the drawers, you never find that in a rental. We had a suburban & while it fit in the garage, we had to park at an extreme angle & pull as far forward as we could. There are only a few gripes: The beds in the 3rd bedroom were not very comfortable and the room really could use a larger dresser. The chaise lounges would be perfect if padded mats were available. Honestly, we would rent here again in a heartbeat, everything was exceptional. Our rental consultant, Harald was friendly, knowledgeable about the area and was always available for any questions we might have.
