The Property
Between history and beauty, our apartment welcomes you in the heart of a city that has captivated the soul of millions of travelers with its silent charm and timeless mystery.
Rome has a unique way of lingering in the memory of those who truly immerse themselves in its culture and past.
Elegantly furnished, our apartment is ideally located in the historic center, making it the perfect base to explore the Eternal City.
Just a short walk away are iconic landmarks such as Piazza di Spagna (450 m), the Quirinale Palace (600 m), Piazza del Popolo (1.2 km), Via del Corso (500 m), Piazza Venezia, and the Trevi Fountain.
The apartment is on the third floor of a prestigious historic building, once the residence of the noble Salviucci family, whose coat of arms is still visible today. The building was fully renovated in 2014 and features a beautifully restored vintage elevator.
From the living room window, you can admire the top of the Quirinale Palace, the official residence of the President of the Republic.
The apartment is extremely quiet, thanks to soundproof windows, and is fully air-conditioned, except for the two bathrooms.

The 85 mÂČ apartment includes:
Entrance and hallway
Two stylish bedrooms: one with a queen bed, the other with a double bed, both with built-in wardrobes, desks, and wood paneling
A bright living room with sofa bed, dining table (also usable as a work desk), six chairs, and a flat-screen satellite TV
A fully equipped kitchen: induction cooktop, cookware, dishes, cutlery, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer
Two bathrooms with showers, bidets, and modern fittings
Towels, bed linen, soaps, and cleaning products are provided and included in the price.

No smoking, parties, or pets allowed
Access is via electronic badge, provided at check-in
