Situated on the second floor, the flat features one inviting bedroom with a cosy double bed and plenty of natural light. There is one bathroom with a combined shower and bath, offering both convenience and comfort.
The living area is spacious and welcoming, complete with a sofa for lounging and a dedicated dining area for relaxed meals at home. The kitchen comes fully equipped with essential appliances, ideal for preparing anything from a quick breakfast to a simple dinner. Whether you're staying for work or leisure, the layout makes for a pleasant and homely experience.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
