The flat offers a spacious bedroom featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, complete with a TV for a cosy night in. In the bathroom, you’ll find a large bathtub and a separate glass-enclosed walk-in shower, providing both elegance and convenience. Located on the first floor, you’ll access the property via a flight of stairs from the main entrance, followed by a few steps leading directly into the flat.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with a large L-shaped sofa bed to accommodate additional guest. The open-plan kitchen combines rustic and industrial design elements, softened by a touch of modern coziness, making it an ideal spot for meal preparation or enjoying a morning coffee.

This makes it easy to reach central London, as well as Heathrow, and other parts of the city with ease.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
