This stylish and comfortable ground-floor apartment offers the perfect West London base, combining modern living with a peaceful residential setting. Located in the heart of Acton, the flat is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking for a well-connected yet relaxed place to stay, complete with a private terrace for enjoying a quiet moment outdoors.

The apartment accommodates up to two guests and features one well-appointed bedroom and one bathroom with a shower over bath. Situated on the ground floor, the home offers easy access and a practical layout, making it a convenient and welcoming space for both short and longer stays.

Inside, the property is thoughtfully designed to create a bright and inviting atmosphere. The living area provides a comfortable space to relax, whether you are unwinding after a day in the city or enjoying a quiet evening in. A dedicated dining area sits alongside a fully equipped kitchen, fitted with modern appliances including a combo washer dryer, allowing you to settle in with ease. The bedroom features a king-sized bed designed for restful nights, while the bathroom is finished with a clean, contemporary feel. A standout feature of the home is the private terrace, offering a rare outdoor space in London where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire flat during their stay. This includes the living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and the private terrace. Make yourself at home! We've provided fresh linen, cozy bed sheets, and toiletries for your convenience.

Acton is an increasingly popular West London neighbourhood known for its blend of local charm and excellent amenities. The area also benefits from nearby green spaces and a more laid-back feel compared to central London, while still being within easy reach of major attractions. Westfield London, one of Europe’s largest shopping centres, is also just a short journey away, offering world-class shopping, dining and entertainment.

Transport connections from Acton are excellent, making it easy to explore the rest of London. Acton Main Line station is just a short walk away and provides access to the Elizabeth Line, offering fast and direct routes into Paddington, Bond Street, Tottenham Court Road and beyond, as well as convenient links to Heathrow Airport. Acton Central station is also nearby, offering London Overground services connecting you to Richmond, Stratford and key interchange stations across the city. Frequent bus routes run through the area, providing additional access to Central London and surrounding neighbourhoods, making this a well-connected and practical base for your stay.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.

Great location, clean, comfortable

Great location on a quiet street, in a cute residential neighborhood, with a short walk to both transportation and some enjoyable restaurants. Flat was clean and comfortable, with a nice kitchen. One minor annoyance was that we were given 7 unmarked keys -- 5 of which were giant heavy skeleton keys -- when only 2 keys were needed, so getting in the first time took awhile as we fumbled with trying all the keys in both locks. On a positive note, when messaging CityRelay with question about the water heater, they were super prompt and responsive.
