The Space:

The Living Room and the Bedrooms

The main part of the villa houses a spacious and elegant living room, decorated with Italian antiques, comfortable sofas, and a dining table. The living room also provides access to the first double bedroom, which is equipped with a TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower cabin. Beyond the living room, there is access to another double bedroom, with a bathroom in the corridor equipped with a bathtub, and a third double bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower cabin.

On the same floor, you'll find the spacious kitchen, which has access to the outdoor patio. Leaving the kitchen at the back of the house, there is access to another bedroom with a French bed and an ensuite bathroom. A convenient spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where guests can access a fifth attic bedroom, featuring a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a wonderful view of Capri. In the same area, there is a convenient laundry room.

All the bedroom windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

Masseria Annunziata's outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring breathtaking views and a connection to the natural beauty of the Mediterranean landscape.

The private swimming pool (2 x 9 meters, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 2 meters) is perfect for cooling off on warm days or enjoying a refreshing swim while taking in the stunning surroundings.

The patio and garden areas are fully furnished for outdoor dining and lounging, with beautiful views stretching out towards Capri. Mediterranean gardens filled with olive and lemon trees create a peaceful and authentic atmosphere throughout the property.



Getting There & Parking

A car is essential to fully enjoy your stay at Masseria Annunziata. The property offers a spacious private parking area with room for several vehicles.

Please note that the access to the house is via a secondary country road, which can be quite narrow in some sections. For this reason, we recommend renting a small or medium-sized car, as larger vehicles or vans may find it less comfortable to reach the property and move around the area.

Puolo Bay: Just 6 kilometers from the villa, Puolo Bay offers clear waters and a beautiful beach ideal for relaxation. Nerano Bay: Located 8 kilometers away, this bay is renowned for its pristine coastline and crystal-clear waters. Sorrento: Approximately 9 kilometers from VMasseria Annunziata, Sorrento offers bustling markets, cultural sites, and ferry access to Capri and Amalfi. Positano: Located 20 kilometers from the villa, Positano is famous for its picturesque views, boutique shopping, and coastal dining. The masseria is located in a quiet rural area. A car is strongly recommended in order to reach the property and to move around comfortably during your stay, especially to visit nearby towns, restaurants, and beaches. Public transportation in the area is limited.
