This lovely 24m2 studio is located on the ground floor.
Designed with an open-plan living room/bedroom, the studio is elegantly furnished and very well-kept, with a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep.
The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement. A washer is available for your laundry needs.
The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

You're well-connected via DLR stations like South Quay and Crossharbour, giving you quick access to Canary Wharf, the City of London, and beyond. Canary Wharf, just minutes away, is not only a major financial hub but also home to upscale shopping, restaurants, bars, and beautiful riverside parks.
Local amenities include grocery stores, cafés, fitness centres, and peaceful green spaces. Whether you're commuting to the city or exploring London's cultural landmarks, this neighbourhood offers convenience, safety, and a modern lifestyle by the water.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Also, we charge ÂŁ50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of ÂŁ300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
