Iâve put a lot of care into 2 Pound Cottage to make it a practical, welcoming place for families and anyone wanting to unwind. I enjoy cooking with seasonal ingredients and creating a calm, lived-in space. Hosting here is rewarding because it means sharing a place that feels like a home away from home.

This part of Suffolk has always felt special to our family. My husband has known the cottage for years, and when the chance came to make it our own, we knew we wanted to bring it back to life. Itâs tucked away in a quiet village, but close to everything we love â wide beaches, proper country pubs, farm shops, and woodland walks.
With two small children, we wanted somewhere that felt safe and open â with space to run around, explore, and just enjoy being outside. Easton has all of that, and more. Thereâs something incredibly peaceful about the landscape here, with its big skies, winding lanes, and gentle pace. Itâs a place that lets you slow down and enjoy the small things â which is exactly what we were looking for.
