The property boasts a beautiful wrap around garden which has been separated into three beautiful sections. As you enter inside the property you are welcomed into the hallway, leading onto the a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, king size bedroom, siting room with bunk room to the side of it, family shower room and kitchen/dining room.

The River Deben runs alongside the town and is popular for boating, walking and wildlife with wonderful views over to the National Trust site of Sutton Hoo. The town hosts a number of events throughout the year and is a wonderful place to visit.
