Sleep 8 unique period property close to the beach with village pub and shop

Four bedroom house accommodating up to eight people with a separate dining room and cosy garden with decking area. Opposite a track leading to the village park and down to the shingle beach. Great for getting away from the hustle and bustle of a town but with a well-stocked village shop and pub.

There are two large bedrooms with superking size beds, one double bedroom and one smaller room with single bunk beds. All bedrooms have blackout roller blinds. Upstairs is one family bathroom equipped with a shower. There is a downstairs toilet.

For relaxing and socialising, there's a living room with a unique curved wall, matching one of the bedrooms upstairs. The TV has HDMI connections so you're free to bring your streaming device or use the DVD player provided. There's also a separated sitting room stacked floor to ceiling with books. The dining room, with French doors to the garden, is perfect for a large group meal. There's an extra leaf if you need the table to be bigger.

The kitchen has a washer dryer and dishwasher along with a double oven and large American style fridge freezer. A porch room is available for shoes and coats.

Please note that the stairs has an overhang with a low ceiling - mind your head! There is also no handrail on the stairs so please be careful.

This house is dated from late 1800s. The curved front used to be the village butchers shop. As it is old, there are plenty of quirks to enjoy. The woodburner in the dining room is capped and can't be used.
