Welcome to Unit 507!

Relax and rejuvenate with a lovely view of both the ocean and the pool. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 5th floor condo has an amazing view, and ocean and pool views are ideal on the private balcony facing south. The unit also has its own secured WiFi along with Premier cable TV in the living room and master bedroom. For your convenience there is a full size washer and dryer set in the utility closet.

Both the ocean and pool are the views from the private balcony facing south. Unlimited nationwide local and long distance tops off the deluxe amenities for your comfort.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Terrific family condo

We enjoyed staying in this lovely condo and highly recommend it! Great for a family. Location is perfect. We’ve stayed in NSB numerous times, and Hacienda del Sol 2 is always great. The pool is warm and well kept; the beach is perfect. Cate is always helpful and a great communicator. Another fantastic stay!

Awesome Vacation

HSD2 is the perfect place to stay. Couples. Adults. Families. This complex has everyrging you need. Great location. The property is so clean and well maintained. Unit 507 did not disappoint. Had everyrhing we needed and more.

Great beach weekend

Property was as described, furnished beautifully, well maintained and clean. Manager Cate was responsive and helpful. The grounds and pool are also well maintained on a no drive portion of Nee Smyrna Beach. 507 overlooks the pool and is south facing with plenty of sun and a terrific ocean view. Beds comfortable, well stocked kitchen accessories, traditional coffee maker, no keurig.

Everything about the property was good; however, there is new construction going on right next door and the noise from the air compressor and nail fins was from 8:00 am until 5:30 pm each day except for an hour at lunch. It was very loud. We would not have stayed here had we know.

Nice get away

The location is very nice. The beds in the second bedroom are very firm (hard) the master bed was excellent. We only had one problem with the dryer not wanting to work contacted her and she answered immediately however said it would take maintenance a few days to get there so we would have to use the dryer down the hall if it wouldn’t fix so after reading and watching tutorials online we reset the dryer ourselves so we would have one in the room working. All in all it’s a very nice place to stay. The pool was nice and clean and warm. Would stay again

Perfect property for two to four

This was the perfect place. My daughter enjoyed our stay, the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. While we didn't cook, we did realize the kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a full meal.

Great summer getaway

Easy to book online. Because of Covid the no contact check in was very easy. Everything was clean and ready for our stay. The complex itself was easy to maneuver staying 6’ away. Having 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom was great. The kitchen and bathroom updates were very nice. This is one of the nicest units in property. The view from the 5th floor is gorgeous. Can’t wait to come back next year and hopefully Covid will be over!

Great place to stay!

This place had a great view! We had a perfect view of not only the pool but the beach as well. Felt like it could have been a little cleaner but was sufficient. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The only thing we had a concern with was the last 3 days, the AC would shoot up to 78 if we used the washer/dryer. But we had fans going and spent most of the time at the beach or pool anyway so we managed. All in all, we would definitely return. :)

Pretty good, not as clean as expected

There were huge roaches in the hallway on the 5th floor. Other than that, rooms was clean, view was great and staff was very friendly.

Amazing property!

All around awesome stay. Property was exactly as described, and there were tons of beach toys in the condo to use! If I had to knock anything, it's that the complex has no hot tub. But this is an unfair negative, as the listing clearly points that out. Plus, by mid July, the kiddie pool IS a hot tub. 5/5 stars, already planning to book ut next year.

Generally, a nice place to stay at the beach

Three adults stayed here comfortably. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate. :( But, I liked the walk-in tiled shower of the master bath and the views from the living room/balcony are exactly what you would want. The kitchen could use updating, but is fully stocked for preparing meals or reheating leftovers. ;) It was quiet, though you can hear road noise if you like to sleep with your windows open. Of course, with the windows open, you are going to hear the ocean, constantly! :p The management was helpful and courteous. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 507. Phenominal south facing view of the ocean from the balcony. It was a great value for the money. Cate, the on-site manager, is fantastic. We will definitely be back and hope to get unit 507 again.
