We would like to clarify a few things for future guests. Fresh towels are available for exchange at our front desk upon request, and our maintenance team is happy to address issues with batteries, remotes, or appliances when reported. For safety and sanitation reasons, we do not leave previously opened cooking oils or spices in the condos. Ice trays are also unnecessary, as the condo is equipped with an ice maker. There are two shared charcoal grills available onsite, with guests responsible for providing their own charcoal. While beach chairs can experience wear from frequent use, we keep additional chairs available at our front desk and would have gladly provided replacements. Our onsite laundry facility also features brand-new tap-to-pay washers and dryers. Laundry detergent is available for purchase in the recreation room vending machine or at the nearby Walgreens. We sincerely wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay, as our team was available and would have been happy to assist with many of these items right away. We always encourage guests to reach out so we have the opportunity to make their stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
