The accommodation includes two air-conditioned bedrooms—one with a double bed and another with two single beds—and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.



Located just a short stroll from the picturesque village of Búger, guests can explore its charming streets and vibrant local festivals. For beach enthusiasts, the renowned Alcudia Beach is only a few kilometres away, offering golden sands and crystal-clear waters.



Please note that electricity consumption is charged at €0.45 per kWh, and a refundable deposit of €300 is required upon arrival. The local tourist tax and deposit are not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash at check-in.

For those arriving by plane, Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. Free parking is available on-site at the villa, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available in the area for your convenience. Travel times to major hubs: Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) - 40 minutes by car; Alcudia Beach - 20 minutes by car; Búger village bus stop - 5 minutes walk.



Other Things to Note:

· Pets are not allowed.

· The holding of events is forbidden.

· There’s a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax in cash on the day of arrival. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
