There is a private swimming pool of 6x12 mt. depth 1.40 mt. equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas for shade.
There is a built stone Barbeque also under a covered patio with table and chairs where to organize al fresco meals. Guest can also enjoy the use of the ping pong table and table football.

The Villa develops into two floors and cover over 240 square meters. Rental rules
A 30% of non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to the arrival date.
Minimum stay 7 nights; from 21 June to 29 August changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (to pay on arrival).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
