Sea Art Villa develops on two floors, it consists of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate a total of 8 people.

On the ground floor we find a large living room with lounge (with piano and TV), dining room, kitchen, 1 bathroom (with toilet and washbasin), laundry room and 3 double bedrooms with en-suite shower.
On the first floor are found a study, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower and tub and a small terrace.
The property is fully equipped with heating, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and all mod cons.

Outside the villa boasts a lovely infinity pool and spacious terraces that offer stunning views over the Bay of Syracuse.
Furthermore, guests can benefit of a private, direct access to the sea and rocks below.

The property is just a few kilometers’ drive from the charming baroque towns of the Noto Valley, the nature reserves of Vendicari, Pantalica and Cassibile, but also from Mount Etna and Taormina.

Minimum stay 7 nights; from 27/07 to 23/08 changeover day Saturday.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): if agreed.
A security deposit of 2.000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: air-conditioning, heating, gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, daily cleaning of kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms (3 hours), welcome basket (breakfast items).
Pets: Not allowed.
