Au cœur de la magnifique zone protégée de Plemmirio, une villa individuelle de 90 m² récemment restaurée, offrant une vue panoramique à couper le souffle sur la côte sicilienne, de Plemmirio à Capo Passero. La villa est entourée d'un parc de 8 000 m² à la végétation typiquement sicilienne (oliviers, caroubiers, amandiers, pins méditerranéens, mûriers, figuiers, rocaille à la végétation méditerranéenne).
la structure est meublée et équipée de tout le confort (climatisation, chauffage, connexion Internet (FTTC, 100Mps en téléchargement, 26Mps en téléchargement), console, LED / SMART TV 50 ', numérique terrestre, télévision par satellite) aussi bien en été qu'en hiver . Chambre climatisée, cuisine entièrement équipée (cuisinière, four ventilé, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes) , bouilloire, cafetière, grille-pain).

Our stay in Timeless Villa for 7 nights at the end of September early October was amazing. Communication with Andrea was very easy. He explained everything about this gorgeous property and made several recommendations about grocery shopping and restaurants.He arranged for the four of us a cooking class of traditional Sicilian dishes with Chef Daniele. It was such a special and unforgettable experience. Thanks for everything!

Great house just 20 mins from Ortigia. Pool and views are exceptional. Loved our afternoons lounging by the pool. Easy drive to Ragusa, Modica and Noto too. Highly recommend this property.

Absolutely a stunning property in a magnificent setting in very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The views of the Ionian Sea; spectacular infinity pool; and outdoor space are remarkable. The property is completely private. House is fully equipped with everything you need and was in spotless condition. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The house features beautiful outdoor lighting which makes sitting out at night after sunset a special experience. We have stayed at houses and apartments throughout Europe and this one has no equal. It is truly a house and setting out of a movie set. Our thanks to owner Andrea and property manager Tony for allowing us to experience an unforgettable holiday!Communication with property manager was exceptional from booking right through arrival. Very impressed with responsiveness to all questions. Property is located outside of Siracusa but only about a 15 drive to the car park in town and to the large Deco Max supermarket. Near the house on the SP 110 are two small markets: one features fresh produce and other grocery items including some wine. The other is signed as a "bar" but has the most incredible bakery and freshly prepared sandwiches and other deli items. It also sells fresh pizza but only at night.

Luxurious bolt hole in SE Sicily

The villa is perfect. The location is a bit out of the way but provides views to die for south west over a series of delightful bays. The wonderful infinity pool is the obvious hub of the property but copious outdoor seating options, particularly the extensive shady veranda, accompany a fully equipped 2-bed, 2-bathroom villa that never gave up giving. Support from Fabio was attentive and caring. We loved the place and will be back.

Just Amazing

This villa is a gem - it checks all the boxes. Great location, fantastic view of the sea, beautiful sunsets, incredible pool, modern/comfortable villa, plenty of parking, very helpful and responsive owner and management. Took my two sons (17 and 14) and we had a blast. Spent a lot of time at the villa, at the nearby beaches (which are only minutes away by car) and in the main town (Ortigia). Villa is close to Origia (15 min drive) yet far enough away to provide privacy and serenity. Highly recommend!

Superb villa with stunning views from infinity pool

This villa is outstanding. It is modern and clean. The views are spectacular. It is in a quiet location - 15 mins away from Syracuse - with plenty of parking behind an electronic gate. The pool and outside space are really special and are what makes the villa 5 star. We swam every day (in early April). (Although it was cold). The minimarket at the bottom of the hill did good bread. We day tripped to Ortigia, Modica (both must-sees) and also the Vendicari nature reserve. (We really enjoyed this as it wasn't so touristy). We also visited Fontane Bianche beach - also nice and a lot closer. There was a clean BBQ provided. We had a family with 3 x young children. Our favourite supermarket was Conad (about 10 mins drive). We would go back to this villa in a heartbeat. It was absolutely superb.

A Reluctant Rave Review

You may wonder why I added the word “reluctant” to the title of my review. It’s because I’m afraid that if I’m too effusive about this fantastic property, I’ll never be able to rent it again. It will be booked solid for the next 10 years and it should be! Pictures can’t possibly due this home justice. It is situated such that it has a million dollar view. I’ve been to the Amalfi coast, etc… and this private secluded home has a much better view. It’s absolutely magical and you won’t want to leave the infinity pool area. If you do, you’ll find high-end everything inside. I defy you to find something missing from the kitchen. They have every gadget and appliance one would need to cook either a simple or gourmet meal. The little market down the hill has just about everything you’ll need-including some prepared foods. Don’t judge that book by its cover! Everything was smooth from booking to check in and check out. The owner & management of this villa responded to texts within seconds. They were friendly, flexible, and accommodating. They are all terrific communicators and full of helpful information. This place is perfect for a honeymoon, two couples, a small family of 4, or two singles like my sister & I. The space and layout is perfect to share. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and there are two chairs set into the shallow part of the pool. There is nothing more relaxing than lounging in those ergonomically correct chairs. There’s also a nice outdoor shower, rain showers in both bathrooms, a toilet and bidet in each along with plenty of towels. The washer is easy to use as were the other appliances. We’ve rented villas before in Italy and the appliances were impossible for foreigners to figure out. Did I mention the outdoor grill? There’s also plenty of parking in the driveway. The property is safe & secure behind a locked gate (controlled by remote) & quality doors and windows throughout the house. No expenses were spared in this quality construction. The WiFi worked great and we even had access to Netflix. When I say this property has everything, I mean it. The location, too, is fabulous. You’re about 10-15 minutes from Siracusa & Ortigia by car. 6 minutes to a favorite restaurant - Onda Blu Isola. You will, however, need a car to get around. The only thing in walking distance ( besides the beach) is the market mentioned above. Check out the small olive grove on the side and the expert landscaping. Comfy beds and pillows, too!

Très belle piscine avec magnifique vue mer !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en Sicile dans cette très belle maison. La maison est bien placée pour visiter la région Est de l'île (très belle visite de Noto et Modica, à faire !) + visite de Syracuse à 15 minutes en voiture. Son principal atout est sa vue mer et sa magnifique piscine à débordement. Dommage que la météo n'ai pas été avec nous !

Superbe villa moderne avec tout le confort pour d’excellentes vacances

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Plemmirio, accueillis très chaleureusement par Patrizia et Tony. La maison est très bien pensée. Pratique, moderne et décorée avec soin! Elle convient aussi bien au séjour d’une famille avec 2 ou 3 enfants qu’à la location par 2 couples grâce aux 2 salles bain attenant aux 2 chambres. La terrasse offre la possibilité d’y manger ou de s’y reposer grâce aux différents espaces aménagés de table et canapés. Beaucoup de choses à visiter dans la région!!!!

Fantastisk ophold

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold i villaen, som levede fuldstændig op til annoncen. Forud for vores ophold blev vi kontaktet af ejeren og fik aftalt ankomsttidspunkt. Vi blev mødt af en hjælpsom mand, Francesco, som viste os rund i villaen og instruerede os i alt hvad vi skulle vide omkring villaen. Hvis vi havde spørgsmål skrev vi blot til Francesco som altid vendte hurtigt tilbage med svar. Vi kunne spørge om alt fra indkøbsmuligheder omkring villaen, forslag til ture m.v. Det var til stor hjælp. Villaen var udstyret med alt hvad vi havde behov for og mere til. Alt var pænt og rent. Under vores ophold var der gartnere som sørgede for at passe haven, som var virkelig flot holdt. Udsigten var helt fantstisk og fuldstændig som på billederne.Skal bare opleves. Opholdet i villaen er helt klart et af de bedste vi har haft. Kæmpe anbefalinger herfra. Vi vil helt sikkert gerne tilbage på et senere tidspunkt.

This is a clean, modern property with an amazing view of Siracusa. The owner and property manager were very nice and responsive to any questions and/or request. I have no complaints. It was exactly what we wanted. I would definitely stay there again.

Our best stay in Sicily

There was an error on the listing which was not a fault of the owner. And once he realized the error he contacted us and explained and was very forthcoming and helpful with the situation. I was grateful that he reached out to us and he was amazing! The property is beautiful with stunning pool and views. The house is very nice, roomy and very clean. There is AC in every room. It was a perfect location for us to make daily trips to other towns. And some fun local places near the house for delicious food! Toni the property manager was very helpful and gave us lots of recommendations and advice! Highly recommend this house!

Insgesamt alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Wir waren recht zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Hatten jedoch unterschätzt, dass die durchschnittliche Temperatur Anfang März erst bei 15 Grad liegt.

Schöne Villa mit malerischem Ausblick!

Die Villa selbst ist sehr modern und sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche und die Sitzgelegenheiten innerhalb und außerhalb des Hauses sind ganz hervorragend. Die Kommunikation mit Tony und Andrea vorab und vor Ort lief auch sehr unkompliziert, sympathisch und schnell. Vielen Dank nochmal für die tollen Empfehlungen. Den Blick vom Haus haben wir sehr genossen. Leider ging die Zeit in Sizilien viel zu schnell vorbei. Vielen Dank nochmal für alles. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr modernes, exclusives Haus mit einer großartigen Aussicht. Die Bilder haben nicht zuviel versprochen. Für Einkäufe und Besichtigungen braucht man ein Auto. Einen größerer Supermarkt liegt auf dem Weg nach Syrakus ca 20 Min.
