This apartment is a scam, it is not the one seen in the photos. When we checked in the apartment we were provided with was in the attic. The furniture was filthy, the wall paper was ripped and hanging off the walls and there were holes in the walls with exposed wires. We asked to be moved to the apartment featured in the pictures and were told that as they both had, "two bedrooms and two bathrooms they were the same apartment". We ended up checking out that night and moving to a hotel and they were completely unhelpful, refusing to respond to emails until the last day of what would have been our visit after we sent the email checking out and asking for our refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We did not stay because the property was misrepresented, filthy, in poor repair, with a number of health and safety issues, including broken sockets, holes in the walls, and 12 flights of stairs to get up to an apartment that only features in 2 of the 39 images of the property listing. We thought we were getting a beautiful, spacious first floor apartment with a balcony; we got an attic kitchen with a couch and chair covered in stains and two not-even-double bedrooms - one had stains on the curtains, one possibly blood, the other room had a broken blind. The property manager initially refused to answer the phone, and said he didn't have deision making capability when we bumped into him outside. It is now Friday and I have put a formal complaint in to both eviivo and Vrbo. I expect a full refund and compesation equal to the cost of our replacement hotel, which we had to take or face a four-hour drive home. I am APPALLED at how we have been treated by Vrbo and by eviivo.

Warning! Stay here at your own risk. They will mislead you to believe it is a wonderful apartment. It is NOT. The apt was not clean and several broken items eg curtains ripped, showers leak, no lightbulbs in lamp, cooling system broken, towels dirty, etc. We did not feel safe staying there. Run by Apt Property Manager. No responsiveness when we reached out! Even elevated to VRBO who said they do not interfere with 3rd party companies. They use separate billing system (which is against vrbo rules). Took our money and then when I finally got someone to respond said “too late”. Just awful!!
