Situated within an award-winning luxury development on the site of Foweyâs former station masterâs house, this chic second-floor apartment overlooks Caffa Mill, the Bodinnick Ferry and the river. Stroll along cobbled streets lined with independent boutiques, galleries and restaurants, or take a scenic 1-mile walk to Readymoney Cove, a sheltered sandy beach. Above the cove, St Catherineâs Castle is a 15th-century fort offering breathtaking coastal views. The Bodinnick car ferry enables easy travel to other must-see destinations â including Looe, less than 12 miles away â while downriver you can catch the Polruan Ferry to the ancient fishing village renowned for its boat-building heritage. Follow the South West Coast Path a mile east from here and youâll reach Lantic Bay, a great spot for paddles and picnics. Alternatively, venture west to the world-famous Eden Project, 8.5 miles away, or visit Charlestownâs historic harbour (7 miles).

A Smart TV ensures home-from-home entertainment, while glass doors open onto the balcony. For added practicality, a utility cupboard in the hallway houses a washer/dryer. When itâs time to sleep, the main bedroom boasts a king-size bed, Smart TV, private access to the balcony and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is designed for flexibility, offering twin beds that can be configured as a super-king upon request, making the apartment ideal for any party. This room also has a Smart TV.
