For golf lovers, this townhouse is a dream come true, thanks to its proximity to Novo Sancti Petri Golf Club – the first golf course in Spain designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It boasts a total of 54 holes spread across three 18-hole courses. Many still consider Novo Sancti Petri to be Severiano’s masterpiece. The first 27 holes opened in 1990, with the remaining 9 holes completed in April 2000.
