Probablement l'un des meilleurs emplacements au centre de Madrid (rue Cava Baja), en plein cœur du quartier de La Latina et dans la zone connue sous le nom de Madrid des Austrias. Sans aucun doute, l'une des rues les plus historiques et les mieux situées de la capitale. Une grande variété de restaurants et de bars vous attendent pour déguster des tapas !



Ce spacieux appartement de type studio (deuxième étage avec ascenseur) se trouve dans un bâtiment historique de plus de 300 ans, récemment reconstruit. Il est situé à seulement 250 mètres du Mercado de San Miguel, à 300 mètres de la Plaza Mayor et à 750 mètres du Palais Royal et de la Puerta del Sol.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is superb - 2 minutes to metro station “La Latina”, walking distance to Plaza Mayor, and just around the corner there is a street with tavernas in every door.
