The living area is a bright space with two spacious and comfortable sofas as well as a smart TV making it a perfect place to relax after a long day.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is a modern space and is fully equipped with all of the essentials. There is an oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster and a washing machine. There is also dining room with a lovely wooden dining table which seats 6 guests.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
The bathroom is spacious and convenient and has a bath with a shower, a toilet and a sink.

*A fully refundable security deposit of £150 is required prior to check-in. We take a hold on your card for your deposit (similar to how a hotel when you check-in) every 5 days (because they do not last longer than that). Some bank accounts show this as a transaction and some show it as a hold. However, the hold will not be charged by us unless you are in breach of our terms and conditions.
* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.
* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost.
