This beautiful brand-new two-bedroom apartment is the perfect place to escape and relax.
It's a new building with a shared infinity pool on the rooftop and breathtaking views of the surrounding area and beach from the rooftop.
The apartment is located 500 meters from Olhos de Ăgua beach where you can practice water sports such as surfing, kayaking, and paddle boarding.

The apartment is surrounded by amenities such as a supermarket, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, cafes, and municipal market, e.g., so you'll never be short of things to do or places to explore.
The bedrooms are both spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light and ample storage space.
The master bedroom has a large window to the terrace, a very comfortable king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has also a window to the terrace, two very comfortable single beds that easily convert into a double bed, and a bathroom opposite that supports the room.
Very nice indoor and outdoor area, with a private terrace where you can enjoy long conversations and quiet meals.
Very modern, well furnished, and with good quality Kitchen equipment to make you feel at home.
Please note that the pool is currently undergoing maintenance and, for this reason, it is not completely filled. However, it remains fully accessible and can still be enjoyed during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

â Follow the condominium rules, particularly regarding the use of the pool, garden, and common areas.
â Do not rearrange the furniture - it must remain in its original position.
â Take out the trash regularly to avoid ants and other infestations.
Containers are located on the street outside the condominium.
â Report any damages to our team or the condominium immediately.
â Only park in the designated parking spot (Plot 13).
â Do not swing on the pergola, and always close the cover in case of strong wind.
â Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult while using the pool.
â All rules must be followed as defined in this section and throughout the rest of the listing. The Condominium reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises if rules are not respected after one verbal warning.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We want to ensure that our home remains in excellent condition for you and future guests. Therefore, we kindly ask for your attention to the following aspects, which are part of the House Rules and the Accommodation Agreement accepted upon confirmation of your booking.
Please treat the house, furniture, equipment, and linens as if they were your own. If something gets damaged, broken, or does not work properly, please inform our team as soon as possible so that we can verify and/or replace it in a timely manner, ensuring comfort for you and the next guests.
Please close all doors and windows carefully whenever you leave the property and ensure that the air conditioning and/or other non-essential equipment are turned off to avoid energy waste and potential risks.
MUNICIPAL TOURIST TAX
A municipal tourist tax applies in Albufeira to all guests aged 13 and over at the time of check-in, as follows:
âŹ2 per person/night from April 1st to October 31st.
This tax is charged per person, per night in all tourist accommodations and short-term rental properties, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per person/stay.
Please confirm the age of all guests at the time of check-in, as the tax applies based on the guestâs age on the check-in date.
When we contact you to prepare the check-in, we will confirm the amount due and send you a link to complete the payment before your arrival.
CLEANING AND EXTRA LAUNDRY DEPOSIT
For bookings during seasonal events or other special occasions, we reserve the right to request a cleaning and extra laundry deposit.
After the booking is confirmed, we will send you a link for the online payment of the deposit, which must be completed no later than 30 days before check-in. If the payment is not received, we may have to cancel the reservation in line with our policy.
If, after check-out, no extra cleaning or laundry is required, the deposit will be fully refunded within 8 days after check-out.
CHECK-IN
Before check in all non-resident guests in Portugal must provide basic information and present their identification documents, as required by national law under Article 45 of the Schengen Agreement.

Without prior notice, no individuals other than the registered guests at check-in are allowed to access, stay, or sleep in the property.
CLEANING
A standard cleaning service is included in your stay. Additional cleaning services can be requested, subject to availability and an extra charge.

As stated earlier, parties or any kind of gathering that may cause damage to the property or disturb the neighbours are strictly prohibited. Guests must respect all house and condominium rules to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone.

On the day of check-out, please:
â Leave the house tidy and in good condition.
â Collect all your belongings to ensure nothing is left behind.
