Il est situé dans le centre d'Olhos d'Agua, au 3ème étage avec un grand balcon avec table et chaises de patio, dans un quartier calme, mais à seulement 5 minutes à pied des restaurants, bars et supermarchés. Vous n'êtes qu'à 10 minutes à pied de la plage. À 2 minutes de la station de taxis et de l'arrêt de bus. Il a des jardins bien entretenus, un parking souterrain et un parking extérieur supplémentaire. Portails privés, vidéosurveillance, internet, interphone et ascenseurs. Il dispose de deux piscines, une pour les jeunes enfants. Toilettes et douche à côté de la piscine. Une nouvelle petite aire de jeux pour les petits enfants a été aménagée. Il dispose d'un court de tennis éclairé (raquettes disponibles à la location). Il surplombe le court de tennis et la piscine et offre une vue sur la mer. Vous êtes à seulement 10-15 minutes en voiture d'Albufeira et à 20 minutes en voiture de Vilamoura
L'appartement est entièrement équipé, serviettes et linge de lit fournis. Coussins pour une utilisation sur les chaises longues. Air conditionné dans le salon et la chambre.

Great vacation rental.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Anne & David's apartment. Very clean, quiet, with all the amenities required. Location was very walkable to beach and markets and the pool was beautiful! Anne is very quick to reach if necessary.

Apartment excellent location, taxi rank , bus stops , cafes and restaurants all very near apartment. The apartment itself was very clean, modern and the owners have thought of everything you would need to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable, The property has a great pool area and sun beds are in abundance. I hope to return to this apartment for another holiday and would certainly recommend the apartment and Olhos de Agua to anyone wanting a great break away.

Great 1bedroom condo!

Modern and bright 1bdr condo with a large balcony and nice view of the pool. Very clean unit in the modern building with the elevator and underground parking which was very convenient for us . 3 minutes walk to nice Grocery store and 3 very nice beaches nearby.Lots of restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Will come back or recommend to our family and friends .

Quiet, relaxing style of holiday to destress from everyday life

The apartment was very nice, overlooking the pool. Every morning we awakened to the most beautiful sunrise. The town of Olhos de Agua is tiny (population 4,000 approx.), but the locals are very nice. Local restaurants and coffee shops are not all open in February, but were beginning to open by the end of the month. It's just a short walk to the ocean, and we did a great deal of walking. However, there is very good bus service between the towns in the Algarve and also train. It is a good vacation for older persons during the winter months. If you want more activity Albufeira is a larger centre. We attended two Canada day celebrations while we were staying. During the months of February-March 20,000+ Canadians visit the area.

There’s not really a lot to add to the other great reviews already given. Anne, as host, was excellent and very prompt with replies and information. No need to rent a car in Olhos de Agua as everything you’ll need is within walking distance. Taxi from the airport around €35 if prebooked but watch out for Yellowfish taxis new surge charging system. They tried to charge €60 one way a week before we departed! We arrived out of normal hours but all the necessary information about where to pick up keys (one minute away) and info on door codes meant access to the apartment was smooth, quick and easy. The apartment itself is immaculate and in a central but quiet location. Everything that you will need and more, is in the apartment. The apartment itself is on the 3rd (top) floor, with a large balcony overlooking the pool. There is a sea view to the side. The block is accessed by a door code and the apartment is highly secure. The area felt very safe and welcoming. There are two lifts that service the apartment. They operate smoothly and quietly and were always available. The area around pool well looked after and no problem getting sunbeds. Close to local supermarkets so no need for a taxi to do a big shop. Local bus stop within 3 min walk. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to suit everyone in Olhos de Agua but it is also well located for walking to Albufeira and Vilamoura. If your counting steps its about 5000 directly up the road to the Albufeira strip and 10000 along the beach to Vilamoura marina. Both walkable for a retired couple in their 60s. I couldn’t finish the review without a big shout out to Luso Living who service the apartment block. The block and garden area are kept in a pristine condition.

Safe haven in the sun

Absolutely stunning apartment in a lovely little village. Vista das ondas apartments are at the top of Olhos da agua with a beautiful view towards the sea. The apartment was exactly as described with everything you could possibly need. From fully fitted kitchen, to beautiful lounge and bedroom overlooking the Pool with a side sea view. The apartment benefitted from the morning sun and in the afternoon the balcony was a beautiful spot to sit in the shade on a very warm afternoon enjoying a g and t. Check in and out were very straightforward and the owner was very prompt communicating and also had some great recommendations of things to do, places to walk and restaurants to try. We thoroughly recommend café crème for morning coffee, amazing breads and cakes and in the evening the best crepes. Thank you Ann for sharing your apartment with us and we'll definitely return. Oh great lift also, though I preferred the stars to work off the custard tarts from café crème

Great 2nd stay

Second time we have stayed at this apartment and as good as the first. First would like to thank Anne for arranging the transfers to and from airport. Everything you could wish for in the apartment and well maintained. The area around pool well looked after and no problem getting sunbeds. Close to local supermarkets ,cafes, restaurants and 5 minutes from beach, well located. Can definitely see us returning

Central Location

The condominium company replace the old tired looking sunbeds and sun umbrellas each year, we spend a lot of money keeping the place in good condition, and are usually complimented on the complex. There are green spaces were the children's play area is and in front of the tennis court. but to offer places to sunbathe and play tennis, have a children's play area and to have two pools (one a children's pool), there is also shower area and outdoor toilets space, room for more green area is limited.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment. Centrally located. Modern and of a high standard. Extremely clean and spacious. Plenty of room around the pool with adequate sunbeds even though some other guests were out at 7am putting out towels which was totally unnecessary. Anne the owner was extremely helpful and organised transfers for us. The whole booking process was simple. We love Olhos D'Agua and have already booked again for next year. Would have no hesitation in recommending if you are looking for high class accommodation.

Fabulous Apartment

We are just back from a 2weeks holiday in this lovely apartment,home from home,everything you need for a great holiday,very central, just down the little road to fabulous restaurants which were all 10/10. Booking progress was first class and Anne was a great help answering all our questions and arranging our airport transfer. Thanks again for a fabulous holiday we will definitely be returning.

Great apartment well located

First of all would like to thank Ann the owner of the apartment for all the information provided and the arranging of our transfers which made our arrival and departure hassle free. The apartment is in a great location close to shops restaurants and bars and five minutes walk from main beach. We wanted for nothing in the apartment with all your needs catered for even cushions and towels for sun beds can't think of anything else we needed,especially if you are looking to travel light. The apartment is very clean,well decorated with plenty of room and all mod cons and wifi especially good,even on balcony which is a great size.The apartment is in a quiet location with very little noise and overlooks the pool. There is plenty of sun beds available and nice garden area,if you cannot get a umbrella and want to find some shade in the trees. I will also give a mention to the management company Luso Living who look after the complex ,keep it clean and tidy and very approachable and helpful. All in all we had a great holiday and wouldn't think twice about booking this apartment again

Anne and David Kerrigan, from Lancashire after 20 years of visiting the Algarve we have bought a lovely holiday home in the quaint fishing village Olhos d'Agua. Our home is in a quiet spot, very secure, but is only a short walking distance from the beach, restaurants and bars. We come here to relax from our busy life in England. You can chill by the pool, play tennis or golf or have a bit of retail therapy at the nearby Algarve Shopping Centre not as big as Trafford Centre but has some great shops. The weather is always better than that at home.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

It has an excellent location in the Algarve,it is in a quaint fishing village with a lovely sandy beach only a short walk away. It has an array of superb shops, supermarkets and restaurants and only short drive to Vilamoura or Albuferia. Only a 25 minute drive from the airport. The food is great, the weather is a lot better than home and the people are so friendly. The taxi rank and bus stop are two minutes walk away.

Property is within walking distance of beach, restaurants and shops. It's not overcrowded and the condominium is well kept. Having WIFI in the apartment and by the pool is a great bonus. It is a well kept and secure. Air conditioning in both lounge and bedroom.
