Our beautiful victorian Penthouse is perfectly positioned with uninterrupted sea views.

The Penthouse has a luxurious, surf, rock and roll vibe with its own impressive private entrance hall, a very spacious open plan living, dinning, kitchen and two king size double bedrooms and bathrooms.

Walk to the sea, harbour or town centre within five minutes.
The space
Entrance Hall
You enter the grand victorian building up an impressive staircase in to a luxurious private entrance hall to The Penthouse decorated in a luxurious rock and roll style.

Living / Kitchen / Dinner
A modern spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area with panoramic sea views from every window out to sea and over the harbour. The perfect space to relax watch the boats sail out to sea or sit back in the sofa and enjoy watching the 65” TV. With an eclectic interior design feature mid century surf inspired vibe.

Two Bedrooms
The Penthouse features two spacious bedrooms each with king size beds and pull out single bed for children. Between the two bedrooms they can comfortably sleep up to four adults and two children or two adults and four children.

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom has been designed to be a tranquil scandi inspired space for ultimate relaxation with furniture and art made by local artisans. Benefiting from its own en-suite bathroom and views from the bed out to sea and over the harbour.

Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is a hideaway for young adults or children to kick back relax, watch TV and play Xbox, featuring a king size bed and pull out single.

Family Bathroom
Large family bathroom features a statement large roll top bath.

The apartment is only suitable for a maximum of four adults and two children. We do not except booking for five or more adults.

No parties or events.

If these rules are broken your booking will be canceled or requested to leave.

This is our much loved family holiday apartment and as such these rules exist to ensure the apartment is maintained to a high level for our guests.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire space apart from a locked cupboard under the stairs.

As this is our family holiday apartment all skateboards and surfboards are our personal equitment and therefore NOT for guest use.
