We would like to confirm that the Pool will be heated and available for swimming on Friday 23rd May 2025 and conversely the Pool will be closed on Friday 3rd October 2025. For 2026 these dates are 22nd May (open) 2nd October (close). Gas and ASHP Central Heating, Wi-Fi, No smoking. Regret no pets. 1 x Highchair and 1 x travel cot. Barbecue. Garden furniture including Breeze House. A selection of books and games. Telephone for incoming and emergency calls only. Ample private parking. Short breaks available. Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £300, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, ten weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 7 working days of your departure.
