This beautifully designed home is the perfect place for dreamy escapes to North Devon's coastline. The open-plan living, dining, and cooking space with double height creates an ideal socialising area and has sliding doors leading to a private decked terrace equipped with an outdoor dining suite and electric hot tub. The house features four bedrooms, with two having king-size beds and two configured as twins, adaptable to super kings on request. Creature comforts abound with high-quality beds, luxury bathrooms, Smart TV, and streaming devices. The emphasis is on comfort, luxury and relaxation.

Willingcott, spanning 100 acres of countryside, provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities with numerous walking routes and cycle tracks. The Tarka Trail and South West Coast Path are easily accessible for those wanting to explore the beauty of North Devon. Woolacombe Beach, awarded a World Class Surfing Reserve,' offers three miles of golden beach with famous Atlantic swells, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, rock pooling, or surfing.

Surrounded by other stunning beaches like Barricane, Putsborough, Saunton Sands, and Croyde, the location ensures a variety of options for beachgoers. Whether relaxing indoors or exploring the scenic outdoors, this eco home provides a tranquil base for a memorable holiday.

Friends getaway

This was the 2nd time staying in one of the houses in this location and once again not disappointed. The house was beautiful and peaceful. Will definitely stay again and would recommend staying here.

Relaxing holiday

We had a lovely 4 night break in no5 The Vista. It is a lovely property, modern, airy and very clean. The location was perfect and the property had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be coming back soon.

Weekend break

Met by the lovely Nicky on arrival. Everything was even more amazing than we expected! The weather wasn’t great but the house and hot tub completely made up for it! Very quiet location and lovely surroundings. Would 100% recommend

Great Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at No 5 The Vista, the accommodation was fantastic with a lot of space, all the bedrooms were lovely. The outside terrace/seating area with hot tub great for enjoying the morning sun and we had wonderful views over the South Downs. We had 4 generations staying from ages 3 to 85 and the accommodation suited everyone well. Will definitely be staying again.

Beautiful house, gorgeous location. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous house. The interior was really nicely done, all of the rooms were beautifully decorated and a good size. Spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need was provided. The views were stunning. Just 5 minutes from Woolacombe beach it really was the perfect stay. Thank you

Weekend break with family

Had a wonderful three nights stay at number 5 the Vista .. beautiful barn with everything you need ..we particularly loved the hot tub, up early watching the sunrise in the hot tub was a magical experience .. very spacious, super clean and modern .. 10 out of 10

Vista 5

We enjoyed a fabulous few days at Vista 5, beautiful, comfortable accommodation with plenty of space for all the family. The lodge was very well equipped and in a lovely peaceful location, a short drive from Woolacombe and away from the hustle and bustle. The hot tub was an added luxury and as the weather was a little cold and windy a great treat to come home to. I will definitely be coming back, just waiting for next years dates to be released.

Fantastic

We picked this location for a multi-generational family holiday and it was perfect. The house was raved over by everyone (with ages ranging from 6 to 78). Beautifully decorated and furnished, lovely bedrooms and super-comfortable beds and bedding, and a fantastic communal space. There’s a great barbecue too. The highlight was the hot tub - big enough for everyone and of all the houses in the Vista, easily the best views. Stunning. Brilliantly located just a short drive from wonderful Woolacombe beach. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

Great place but restricted access to pool and limited loo paper!

Attractive accommodation with beautiful view (we were in no 5) with great hot tub. Very well equipped. Great location, within easy reach of fantastic beaches. Marketed as luxury accommodation but only provide one loo roll per bathroom and 4 dishwasher tablets for a whole week for 8 people - this is penny pinching - have not experienced this even in fairly basic holiday lets since the 1990s! Let down by pool as there is a booking system and you are only guaranteed two sessions per week which you have to book in advance and when on holiday one wants to be spontaneous. It all seemed like too much bother.
