Lovely penthouse in Marbella Centre
Lovely two bedroom penthouse with terrace in the centre of Marbella. Only 300 meters from the promenade and the beach and 1 minute from the famous Avenida Ricardo Soriano in Marbella. From the large terrace with lateral sea views you will be able to contemplate the best sunsets. The Old Town is a 5 minute walk away where you can go shopping or just enjoy the beautiful streets of the Old Town.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, a large terrace, a kitchen and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other one has two 90 cm beds. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, oven and microwave. The private bathroom includes free ammenities and a hairdryer. There is a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The flat has air conditioning in the living room and in in the master room. Additionally all rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The sea and beachside promenade known as the Paseo MarĂtimo is lined with palm trees, chiringuitos and restaurants such as Da Bruno, Santiago and The Harbour to name a few - and it is less than 200m from the property! Even closer than that you have restaurants where the locals eat like La SacristĂa.
The apartment is a pleasant 5 minute walk from the Marbella old town, and its traditional white washed buildings. The Port and its vibrant night life is also a short stroll away!
The Golden Mile, one of the most luxurious residential areas in Marbella, lies to the East along the Mediterranean coast. It stretches for slightly over a mile (2km) from Marbella to Puerto Banus. Along the Golden Mile you will find restaurants, trendy bars, golf courses and luxurious hotels.
They donât call it the Costa Del Golf for nothing! With over 60 golf courses stretching from Malaga to Sotogrande thereâs no shortage of championship courses within range. La Quinta, Los Naranjos, Aloha, Los Arqueros and Magna are all within a 10-15 minute drive.
This area enjoys a sub-tropical Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters. Cooling breezes from the sea make the summer heat manageable, temperatures are an average of 32 ÂșC in summer.
There is a possibility that guests may be able to reserve a parking space in the building next door for an additional fee of 10e per day (15e per day in July and August) Minimum booking is for 1 week.
This amount is payable in cash on arrival. If you wish to reserve the parking space please mention after booking.
Out of office hours Check-in is charged the following:
9pm - Midnight 20 euros
Midnight - 2am 40 euros
After 2am 60 euros
This amount is payable in cash at the property.
