Beautiful Mallorca Finca, for up to 8 people with pool and garden, less than 5 minutes walking from the center of Santanyi.

The finca has 3.55 0m2 in its entirety and the house has 454 m2. Inside you will find 4 large double bedrooms with high quality furniture and 4 large bathrooms.The kitchen and living room with all kinds of details, bring a warmth to the property, ideal to enjoy the vacations with family or friends. There is also an office-room that is perfect for teleworking.

Outside the house we find the pool and the huge garden, this space is great for children to play freely as the property has small details for them as ping-pong table, and mini soccer or mini volleyball court for the little ones.The porch with the barbecue is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dinners with family or friends.The 10 x 4m salt hydrolysis pool.

Santanyí is the ideal place to spend your next vacations on the island, this iconic village is located in the southeast of the island and is famous for its markets every Wednesday and Saturday, where you can find all kinds of local Mallorcan products, jewelry, handicrafts and much more.

The best beaches in the south of the island are located in the area of Santanyí and very close to S'hort den Bonet, just 5 minutes away you can find the wonderful beaches of Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards, the paradisiacal beach of S'amarador, within the natural park of Mondragó, the famous coves of S'almunia, and Caló des Moró, are also just 10 minutes away from the finca.The fishing village of Cala Figuera, is less than 7 minutes from the finca.The gastronomy is exceptional in Santanyi and surroundings and you will find fantastic restaurants that will make your vacations on the island wonderful.

We had an excellent stay at the villa. Belén provided fantastic service, and the house exceeded our expectations: spacious, well-equipped, and with a welcome pack that we really appreciated. We loved the outdoor area with its different spaces to relax, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. A few minor details could be improved, but they didn’t affect our experience at all. We would definitely recommend the villa to friends and would love to return.

After a wonderful stay at Finca Na Boneta with friends a few years ago, we knew it would be the perfect choice for our family holiday this year – and it didn’t disappoint. The villa is stunning, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The service from Belen and the Santanyi Rentals team was outstanding. She responded promptly to every message, making our stay even more enjoyable, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Santanyi itself is a gem – just 30 minutes from Palma airport and only 15 minutes from the nearest beach. The twice-weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays is a must-see, bursting with local charm, and the nearby towns are equally beautiful and well worth exploring. Thank you for helping make our first family holiday in a long time such a truly special experience.

We were very well looked after by Santanyi Rentals who took over the arrangements from the house owner. We dealt with Belén mainly and she was very efficient, quick to respond to messages and exceptionally friendly. Na Bonita was a wonderful villa with a great pool and garden and was ideal for our family holiday including very young grandchildren. Internally it is very spacious, really well fitted out with plenty of lounge seating and dining options. 4 good sized twin bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms. The kitchen is well equipped, plentiful supply of crockery and glassware, has a walk in pantry and a utility with washer and dryer. Air conditioning throughout. We are hoping to return next year.

Wir wollten mit 4 Paaren ein verlängertes Wochenende in Santanyi verbringen und haben ein Haus gesucht und gefunden ! Es fehlte an nichts! Der check in war überaus freundlich und und hat sich viel Zeit für die Einweisung genommen. Das Haus war super sauber und die Küche war komplett ausgestattet. Auch unserem Grillabend stand nichts im Wege! Der Markt in Santanyi war flott fussläufig erreichbar.
