Bright and prestigious apartment, in the heart of the historic centre, on the fifth floor with lift, with an exclusive view of the main monuments of Florence!
The apartment consists of a double bedroom with complete bathroom with large shower and window, living room with dining area and 2 single sofa beds, kitchenette.
It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Services: free Wi-Fi and A/C, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, toaster, blender, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, hairdryer.

I will be at your disposal, to help you spend a wonderful holiday.
I can recommend a private driver for transfers or visits to other cities, medieval towns, with wine tasting and tourist guides. You can ask for further information about this before your arrival.

Great apartment with the perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is located right next to Ponte Vecchio, which provided beautiful views of the bridge and the city and was in excellent walking distance to everything that we wanted to see. Check in was easy and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore Florence!

Excellent property! Great location, comfy, clean, great view of the Arno. Would go here again. Only problem was communicating with the host for entry instructions, including payment of a city tax.

Amazing views and location

The apartment is spacious, and located really close to central area close to the main Florence sights. Nice views from living and bedroom. The apartment is a bit outdated and furniture worn around the edges. Amenities are basic, but they do have most everything you need. Our host was friendly and responsive.

Wonderful everything!

The location was lovely, the host was very helpful. We were comfortable and would recommend this location an apartment, Kailie. What a treat to drink, coffee looking out on the water.

Amazing location and view and cozy apartment

We were two adults and two pre teens. The view exceeded my expectations and the location is amazing. The apartment was very nice and nice to have a separate room from the kids. It also felt very secure. The bathroom was good and had a nice shower. The apartment could use a coat of paint and an air filter for dust, but all in all, it was a great value. We really liked it.

Location was fantastic. Beautiful view of the Ponte Vecchio and quick walk to most popular Florence attractions. Apartment is definitely older with quirks. Had issues with the hot water in the shower (had to message the property owner and was instructed to reset some dial in a kitchen cabinet) and the power randomly going out (this took a long time to resolve because again, I was directed to a panel near the front door with several mechanisms in it). I wish these potential issues/solutions were communicated up front instead of having to resolve in real time and wait for responses.

Amazing apartment in an amazing location!

We had a beautiful stay here in late June. The apartment was peaceful but in the center of everything. The apartment was very charming and had plenty of room for everyone. There was a washer but no dryer so we dried our clothes on hangers and it was fine. The bathroom was very spacious as well, and the kitchen was well equipped though we only ate out at restaurants. Communication was also great! Would highly recommend!

Location, location, location!

We arrived after 8 PM but there was someone there to let us in and explain the apartment. It was a perfectly comfortable place for 4 people to stay. The view of the Ponte Vecchio and Florence's towers was unforgettable! Just a few steps away we found a lovely osteria with a terrace on the river. The only drawback was expensive parking in the garage opposite.

Nice apartment in the center of everything.

If you would like to be close to the Florence's visiting points, this is the place. It has a great view to Ponte Vecchio. Clean with everything needed, but not extras, so if you need an extra blanket, towel, or pillow, I recommend to bring it with you. The communication with the owners was excellent, I got help as soon as possible with a problem with the washing machine. Beautiful apartment. Thank you!

Great Location

Overall, a great stay. Would absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arose. The view really can’t beat! The location is great and within walking distance of anything you might want to see or do. Communication with the host was exceptional and they were always quick to respond. We also really appreciated the lift/elevator. It’s important to note that if anyone is using any of the pullout beds in the living room, you will have to go into the master bedroom to get to the bathroom. Supplies were a little sparse, but there’s a great market right across the street for anything you might need. There’s a fantastic gelateria across the street as well!

What a View!!!

We spent a week here in April, 2024 and were very satisfied with the apartment. The view looking across the river is outstanding - the apartment is virtually on top of the Ponte Vecchio, so you can see the bridge, the Duomo, the Piazza del Signoria, the Uffizi, and more from the windows. The apartment was clean and in good shape, with room to move around. It's a walkup a few flights up, so you'll get your exercise, but there are restaurants and gelato stands right outside the door that will give you the energy to do all that walking... : )

THE Bridge

The building is in the heart of the action, yet was quiet at night. The living room overlooks Ponte Vecchio and the Arno with a great view. It was a (good) stereotype of what you expect a funky little condo building to be in an old European city. The condo was spacious and comfortable and mostly clean. The floors could have been a little cleaner but my wife is a clean nut - so put it all in the equation. Self check in with a lockbox went off without a hitch, Would recommend to others.

Conforme aux photos et idéalement placé l’appartement est le lieu idéal pour profiter de Florence , Etorre et Nimoe sont très réactifs et la proximité du garage lugarno pour le véhicule est un plus indéniable . L’appartement a une vue magnifique Et est équipé avec une put ce qu’il faut pour se sentir chez soi dès que l’on rentre Pour les prochains voyageur prenez soin de ce p’tit bijoux on compte y revenir

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung liegt perfekt, man ist unmittelbar im Zentrum. Die Vermieterin war sehr schnell ansprechbar, als wir feststellen mussten, dass die Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte. Umgehend wurde ein Techniker geschickt, der alles instand setzte. Generell könnte die Wohnung einmal neue Möbel vertragen, eine Steckdose im Wohnzimmer steckt lose in der Wand… Trotzdem würden wir wohl wiederkommen, da insgesamt alles stimmt.
