This sophisticated home boasts five elegantly designed bedrooms and a king sleeper sofa, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The spacious lounge offers ample seating and a warm, inviting ambianceâperfect for gatherings.

Guest Access:
The owner lives on the property with dogs ( 2 Male Huskies). Guest will have 247 access to the whole property via the street gate. The inside gate is controlled access by the owner each and every time guests enter or leave (so dogs donât escape).
The Neighborhood:
Kelvin is a peaceful and family-friendly neighbourhood nestled in the heart of Sandton. Known for its tree-lined streets and spacious properties, this suburb offers a quiet retreat from the cityâs hustle while remaining close to key amenities and business hubs.
Kelvin is conveniently located near major transport routes like the M1 highway, providing easy access to Sandton, Johannesburg CBD, and OR Tambo International Airport. For shopping and entertainment, residents can explore nearby malls like Woodmead Retail Park and Sandton City, offering a variety of dining, retail, and leisure options.
The area is home to parks and green spaces, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and families. With its safe, community-oriented environment and central location, Kelvin strikes the perfect balance between suburban tranquility and urban convenience
Getting Around:
The suburb is located near major routes and the N1 highway, making it easy to access Sandton, and other key areas of Johannesburg.

However if everything is left on 24/7 (ALL the lights left on, all the heaters on day and night, electric blankets left on etc) the meter will run out and you will need to buy extra prepaid tokens. All guests have access to the tennis court all day and night. To use under floodlights it is optional at R600 for 6 hours. Basic tennis rackets available. (Balls for hire: refundable R100 for 3. Or bring your own)
No pets allowed.
Strictly No parties allowed. No loud noise, to maintain a peaceful environment. Not allowed to bring loud speakers, soundbars, boom boxes etc on site.
No illegal substances, weed or activities
TVs: 2 HD TVs on site. TVs have Netflix. For Sports channels, guest to arrange Satellite DSTV directly with DSTV.
WHAT TO BRING: Strictly self-catering. All beds have linen, bath towels and extra blankets. Guests to bring their pool towels, toiletries & hair dryer and cleaning supplies.. NB bring plenty mosquito repellants which is needed to enjoy the terrace and rooms.
Weâre happy to arrange extra cleaning services upon request (daily maid & gardener), available at an additional cost.
No unauthorized guests allowed.
OPTIONAL EXTRA FEES:
* Continental breakfast items can be supplied. R220pp.
