Cute Holiday Home, 2 Bedrooms

Enjoy a stay in one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall. This quaint 2 bedroom apartment is located in Illogan, a central place perfect for exploring, and close enough to the beach to walk there.

There are shops and a pub close by and the beach is a 30 minute walk through beautiful woodland, or 15 minutes on the bus, which stops right outside the house, meaning you can enjoy a Cornish pint on the beach in the sunshine without worrying about driving.

This cosy 2 bedroom downstairs flat is a peaceful place to stay for families and friends. Called ‘The Old Store’ after the building’s previous use, this little house is full of character & history. Your host, Ryan, used to to pop into this corner shop on the way home from his primary school to buy penny sweets, before it was turned into flats, so it’s lovely that it’s now being used to bring joy to people visiting Cornwall!

Bedroom 1- The front bedroom is the master bedroom. A double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables with drawers mean you can unpack your belongings and make yourself as home.

Bedroom 2- The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds, perfect for a family stay, and a chest of drawers. There is enough room in here for a travel cot, however this is not provided.

Kitchen- the fully equipped kitchen means you can cook here if you’d like to. Microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, and washing machine provided, along with everything you’d need to cook and eat.

Bathroom- the bathroom has an electric shower and a bath.

There are 2 steps to get into the front door so unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible. After a porch area you’re greeted by a bright living room, then through the hallway are 2 bedrooms. Further down the hallway is the kitchen and finally the bathroom. This apartment doesn’t have any outdoor space (e.g. a patio). The back door is not for guest use.

There is free road parking outside the building and as the street is not too densely populated it’s easy to find a space, often right outside the front door.

Other things to note
Groups of friends are more than welcome to stay however we don’t allow parties. We ask that all guests are respectful of our neighbours and don’t make excessive noise after 10pm.
