Perched in a newly refurbished setting, just a stone's throw from Hoxton Square and Upper Street, this property offers a private entrance and spans two levels for your convenience.
As you step inside, you're welcomed into a thoughtfully arranged living room, curated for your utmost comfort. Sink into the inviting sofa and unwind while enjoying entertainment on the TV or stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. A delightful breakfast nook and a charming dining area for four set the stage for memorable meals and intimate gatherings.
Through the expansive glass doors lies the piĂšce de rĂ©sistance â the private decked garden. Fully furnished with two dining/rest areas for four, it beckons you to indulge in al fresco dining or simply relax amidst the tranquil ambiance.
The separate kitchen is a culinary haven, brimming with amenities and contemporary appliances, ready to inspire your culinary adventures.
Venture upstairs to discover two charming double bedrooms, where every detail has been meticulously crafted to ensure your comfort and convenience. From plush carpets underfoot to ample storage space and mirrors enhancing the sense of space, each element contributes to an unparalleled living experience. The beds are adorned with crisp hotel-quality linens, promising restful nights of slumber.
The bathroom, featuring a bathtub, awaits upstairs, offering a haven for relaxation after a day of exploration or indulging in a long soak.
Rest assured, the property will undergo thorough cleaning prior to your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for your stay.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. One room on bedroom floor is locked off, please do not try to access it.
-I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
-Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs ÂŁ30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please get in touch with me.
-I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of ÂŁ30.
- While I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
-Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
-Late check-out requested in advance is available at ÂŁ30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late checkout will be charged ÂŁ50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
No parties or events are allowed.
No smoking is allowed.
No pets allowed.
No unregistered guests are allowed.
Please respect the noise curfew.
Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.
