Millgrove House Apartments are brand new to our portfolio. The apartments are located just off the Eastbourne seafront in a prime location almost adjacent to the Pier.
Millgrove House is a modern contemporary building with five apartments available for holiday letting.
There are 4 two bedroom apartments all with spacious open plan living dining and kitchen rooms and 1, one bedroom apartments. Some apartments have balconies and sea views. There is a lift to all of the floors
The open plan and modern kitchen, dining and living areas has everything youâll need for a self-catering break. With a fridge-freezer, oven, four-ring hob, microwave and cooking utensils. With two bathrooms
Bedroom one is kingsize bedroom with en suite bathroom
Bedroom two has two singles beds
This spacious apartment can sleep up to 4 guests
Stunning sea views from the open plan living room
Balcony from both bedrooms with garden furniture
The following apartments are also advertised on Vrbo and can be booked together for large get togethers

This can be arranged at the time of your booking. The Penthouse apartment located on the third floor of the building with lift access. Provides two bedrooms and two bathrooms
