A deux chambres moderne, deux salles de bains appartement avec grand balcon menant de la chambre et le salon. Deuxième terrasse de la deuxième chambre. Lit à baldaquin dans la chambre principale. Salle de douche / wc à la chambre principale et salle de bain / WC, d'une salle de bains principale. connexion Wifi. Sussex Downs du Sud ont beaucoup de belles promenades et balades à vélo.

We had a fantastic Easter holiday.The apartment is in a quiet part of the harbour and has everything that you need, including a dishwasher! Nice view to the harbour and close to all amenities.

Weekend stay

We had a lovely weekend at the apartment. It was just as the photos but felt even more spacious than expected. It well located for our trip to Eastbourne and just what we needed for the weekend.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment has lovely views of the harbour with plenty of parking available and an easy walk to restaurants and buses. It was well equipped with everything you need and excellent Wi-fi. We really enjoyed our stay and have already booked for next year.

Fantastic apartment

The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of shops & restaurants. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Owners very helpful and responsive. We have stayed here a few times before and will hopefully be staying again.

A place to relax and enjoy

This apartment had every home comfort. Wonderful views of the harbour, with a warm elegant interior in a lovely stylish block. It was well placed for many eateries and with a varied choice of retail shops that were within walking distance. The host liaised well and kept us up to speed with entry times etc., and they very helpful at all times which bode well for a relaxing four day break.

Lovely apartment on the outskirts of Eastbourne

Joanna & Alan were great hosts and immediately dealt with a couple of teething problems we had. Apartment has a lovely balcony overlooking the inner harbour which gets the sun all afternoon.

Great location - great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather being less than perfect. The apartment is very comfortable and has all you could need. If like us you are Canadian and not used to teeny-tiny English parking spaces you'll probably want to leave your car in the above-ground visitors parking area. The parking garage spot is just plain scary!

Lovely, spacious flat with harbour views

A perfect base during our stay in Eastbourne. A pleasant walk to restaurants. Good range of shops close by. The flat was very well equipped, felt like a home from home. Beds were comfortable. Parking in the undercroft carpark was a huge bonus when packing the car during a rainstorm! Thanks for a great stay.

Sovereign Harbour Apartment

The balcony view was lovely but the main problem was that the back bedroom door would only shut half way as it was blocked by the bed, giving no privacy at all when in a mixed group of adults.

Sovereign Harbour Apartment

The first thing you see on entering the apartment is the amazing view from the living room and balcony. It was very clean and had everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was also very good. We had about a 10 minute walk to several restaurants and about another 5 minutes to an Asda. Just beside the Asda is a bus stop which, if you take the 99 and purchase a dayrider ticket, allows you to travel anywhere from Eastbourne to Hastings during that day. I'd like to thank Joanna and Alan for their help and we would definitely stay in their apartment again

Fell in love with this place a few years ago and have this flat as our second home and a holiday let.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our flat is of the quiet end of the Harbour and has fantastic views. It has a big balcony with door to the master bedroom and to the lounge. It also has a second balcony from the second bedroom. The Harbour has lots of restaurants and is a lovely place to rest and watch the world go by!
