Lock & Quay boasts a fabulous location overlooking the marina and locks of Sovereign Harbour.
The private patio and decking are a real sun-trap in the mornings when the sun rises over the sea. With boats coming and going, and people strolling along the marina-side promenade, the outdoor table and chairs offer a magic spot to enjoy your morning coffee and fresh croissant.
Sleeping up to four, this apartment will appeal to those seeking an air of tranquility and well being.
A dining table peeks around a corner, again positioned by a window to maximise the views, or you could step outside on to your private terrace for al fresco dining by the water.
The u-shaped kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday, with fridge-freezer, oven and hob, a dishwasher, microwave and a washing machine. As well as the usual kettle and toaster, coffee lovers will enjoy the Nespresso machine (bring pods or buy compatible ones from the nearby Asda).
The apartment can sleep up to four across two bedrooms. The master is a kingsize, and offers an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has two single beds making this very flexible accommodation for friends, families and those working locally,

With a good-sized parking space in the gated car park below the property, and lift access from there, the flat would also suit those who struggle with stairs.
