*Quiet hours* after 10 p.m. – this house is in a quiet area, and noise disturbances must be avoided.

*Strict NO-SMOKING indoors* – a standard charge of £1000 will be applied via Airbnb if evidence of smoking is found within the accommodation. This covers cleaning costs and long-lasting damage to the property.

*Noise and air monitoring systems* are installed in the property. Any loud music, parties, or indoor smoking will result in immediate removal from the accommodation.

*Long-stay housekeeping* – For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.
