Cozy little studio apartment in central Paris. Great location and within walking distance of many of the major attractions, and a popular local park. Very easy access to bus and the metro. There are dozens of restaurants within a ten minute walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean and had enough space for two people. The pictures shown were all accurate. A few constructive feedback notes to consider: the shower is small and the hot water supply limited; the apartment is directly above a small pub which can be noisy at night. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay in Paris, and the value of this property compared to the tiny and expensive hotels in the area was well worth a bit of noise and short showers.

Keep your expectations in check, Paris is known for having small apartments, and this one is no different, Great location within walking distance to cafes, creperies, restaurants, pharmacies, a large park, and public transportation in the 6th arrondissement neighborhood, The apartment is situated on a quiet street just off a main road (very convenient), up one flight of stairs, directly above a peaceful restaurant and across from a cozy movie theater, If you enjoy sleeping with windows open, it's advisable to bring eye masks and earplugs, The noise level at this location is comparable to others, My interactions with the owner were minimal but excellent, I suggested that he consider updating the pillows and offering more amenities to warrant a 5-star rating,

Les indications Ă©taient trĂšs prĂ©cises pour trouver et accĂ©der Ă  l'appartement, Bien placĂ© pour les activitĂ©s que nous voulions faire, l'ambiance Ă©tait calme, malgrĂ© les travaux juste en face, nous avons testĂ© l'excellent bar Ă  vin L'Epidon et le restaurant indien New Aqib dans la rue, La petite table de la cuisine Ă©tait suffisante pour nos petits dĂ©jeuners, Le lit, trĂšs large (au moins 180), Ă©tait confortable, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'une douche plus profonde, mais l'amĂ©nagement des lieux ne s'y prĂȘte pas, En rĂ©sumĂ©, un sĂ©jour conforme Ă  nos attentes, bien situĂ©, et qui nous a parfaitement convenu,
