Rest&Recharge is proud to present this newly-refurbished Four Bedroom home-from-home located just a 7 minute drive from Manchester City Centre.
With free on-street parking, this house is a perfect base to visit everything Manchester has to offer.
The house is close to major roads and the Motorway network, and a 30 minute drive from the Airport, making it perfectly suited for groups of contractors working in the area.

The Space:
This modern semi-detached house sleeps up to 8 guests, and was completely refurbished in January 2024.
There are 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms.
The large Kitchen-Diner has to a fully fitted kitchen where you will find a fridge/freezer, stove & oven and various kitchen essentials including a Nespresso coffee machine and all the usual utensils needed for cooking.
All essentials such as towels, toiletries & hotel-quality bedlinen, are included.
The house can accommodate up to 11 guests in total, with the following bed configuration:
- Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King bed
- Bedroom 2 (First Floor): 2xSingles beds or 1 Superking bed (Upon request)
- Bedroom 3 (First Floor): King Bed
- Bedroom 4 (First Floor): Small (4ft) Double Bed
All bedrooms are equipped with a smart TV with access to streaming services such as Netflix & Amazon Prime.
The main bathroom with bath & over-bath shower is on the first floor.
This is a quiet, spacious and comfortable property ideal for all guest types including contractors, corporates, tourists and families.
Unlimited Free Superfast Wifi is provided.

You have full exclusive use of the house and rear courtyard garden during your stay

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking checkin date, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit (a £6 non-refundable admin fee applies) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver for £35. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
No parties - Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
Please note this property has a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner ChargeAutomation, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.
Optional Fees:
We offer, subject to availability, for the following supplements:
Early Checkin – 2pm: £50
Early Checkin – 3pm: £25
Late Checkout – 12pm: £50
Late Checkout – 11am: £25
Any other requests that are earlier (for checkin) or later (for checkout) are subject to availability, and further supplements may apply.
These supplements will be collected via secure card payment through our online pre-checkin on the website ChargeAutomation.
