Casa Lupiae is a lovely vacation home nestled in the historic center of Lecce, a stone's throw from all the services and Baroque architectural beauties that make the city unique.

Lupiae represents the perfect solution for spending an authentic stay
in the ancient city of Lecce. With restored exposed Lecce stone and its
characteristic vaults, Casa Lupiae is a little gem.
The entrance is into a living room with sofa and TV. Next to it are the kitchenette and light well. Internal exposed stairs lead to the lofts of the house, where there are 2 double beds.
Completing the house is 1 shower room. The rooms are air-conditioned.

Lupiae is located in the historic center of Lecce, in a very quiet area
between Porta Rudiae and Porta Napoli. All major services are within
easy reach, such as city bus stops and the train station.
Lecce
is famous for its Baroque style, for the architectural beauties that
make the city a real jewel waiting to be discovered. Countless cultural
activities, places worth visiting, squares, churches, museums. 
 
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Check-in details: WELCOME POINT in Via Silvio Pellico 23 - Lecce (at the agency Lupiae Vacanze).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The beds are on the mezzanines.
- The house is in a traffic limited area (ZTL).
