1 Mill Cottages consists of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, and kettle and a living/dining room with dining seating for four, and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a ground-floor twin. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is a front enclosed garden with lawn and picnic bench, enclosed rear garden with decking and furniture and off-road parking opposite in car park with voluntary daily fee payable. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Guests can find a shop and pub within 0.1 miles, and within 2 miles, a beach. Make memories with a stay at 1 Mill Cottages. Note: There are three steps up from the ground floor to the shower room and living/dining room. Note: The enclosed rear garden is accessed from the living/dining room.

Porthtowan is part of the St Agnes designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and there are some wonderful walks to be found, offering vivid scenery along the South West Coast Path, whether you choose to head east to St Agnes or west to Portreath. The towns of St Ives and Penzance, with their art galleries, restaurants and quaint harbours, are half an hourâs drive away, whilst Flambards Theme Park, The Cornish Seal Sanctuary in Gweek, and the Goonhilly Satellite Earth Station are just a few of the other diverse attractions scattered around this picturesque region.
