Our truly exceptional 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa in the popular but relaxed resort of Praia da Luz provides spacious, stylish accommodation for up to 14 people..
The villa is located in a quite upmarket area in Praia da Luz at 1100 m from the beach and village centre has a large private swimming pool with step access.

The self/catering accommodation is devided over three floors, and as well as the large living and dining area, there’s a games room with a bar and a full-sized pool table and a big outside terrace with a dining table and chairs, BBQ, and covered outdoor kitchen.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with an induction stove and electric oven, large fridge-freezer, coffee machine (filter coffee machine) , toaster, dishwasher and microwave. The separate utility room contains a washing-machine, freezer, iron and ironing board.

The villa is air conditioned throughout except the 2 downstairs bedrooms who are cooler but have a fan. All bedrooms have their own private bathroom.

The Casa da Praia Algarve portfolio have been personally developed by myself I am interior and landscape designer who has lived in the Algarve for more than 15 years.

How nice is that .... The beds are made and there are enough towels in the closet. The house is equipped with hand, tea and dish cloths, herbs, dishwasher tabs or dishwashing liquid, soap, coffee, tea, sugar, garbage bag and also the first roll of toilet paper is not lacking.

No stress ... .. you have vacation! Good food, a good glass of wine, a dip in the pool, cycling, walking or just nothing at all. We hope that you quickly feel 'at home' and enjoy,

The Neighberhood
Praia da Luz is charming, the perfect sheltered beach is a big draw for families and the atmosphere is great.
Enjoy a day at the beach or exploring the remarkable historic sites in the area, and return to an oasis of calm for a cool shower and a glass of delicious local wine.

When to come
The Algarve is an all year round holiday destination.
If you're not tied to the school holidays, the spring and autumn months are a lovely time to be here, and of course, much quieter than high summer.
Even December and January can be warm and sunny although the evenings are often chilly. Not all the restaurants and bars stay open in winter, but there is still plenty of choice, and a warm welcome. Getting around
You do not need a car when you are in Luz but you do need a car to explore the area. Closest shop is Spar-Baptista supermarket at 1.8 km.

Alterations/cancellations must be notified by e-mail only and are not valid until a confirmation is send out by us.

Our property is always open for guests. We like to keep it clean and uncluttered, such as you would expect in a good hotel space. But it is not a hotel - it is a home we like to share with you if you stay.
