The apartment is approximately 32 sq. m. and is located on the first floor (without an elevator), and consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. All views are external.

The living area has a table with 2 chairs, a Television corner and the kitchenette. Bookcases, lamps and pictures complete the living room furniture.

The bedroom has a double bed(160 cm x 190 cm), two wardrobes, and side bed tables.
