You cannot ask for a better location - trendy neighborhood full of great food, quaint shops, and picturesque walks. You can easily walk to all major attractions. The Vatican City is a bit far, but not terrible if you have good shoes and some time. The good: location, kitchenette, check-in / out, comfortable bed, fast WiFi, extra bed linens, large bedThe bad: no paper products or kitchen linens (napkins or paper towels), iron was broken, very small shower, musty smell if windows closed, ants when left fruit (bananas) on counter, limited toiletries in bathroom (bring your own)Overall, for the price you can’t beat this spot for a couple or small family of three! If you plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel, you may want to upgrade - but you’re doing Rome wrong if that’s your plan!
