Welcome to your Charm Retreat at Needlepine Terrace Silver Spring!!

Nestled just outside of Washington DC, our stunning 6BR home offers an escape from the hustle & bustle. Our charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or an extended stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel right at home.

Once inside, you’ll find a cozy living space filled with natural light, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The open-concept layout invites you to relax on comfortable furnishings or gather around the dining table for meals or games with family and friends.

We have 3 level floors, and the basement is included and we with 6 bedrooms queen beds and full beds. The bedrooms are upstairs, and in the basement. This fabulous property offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. Enjoy amenities like fast Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and AC. The 3,5 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer for your convenience. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to whip up your favorite meals or enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the view of the serene backyard. Step outside to discover a lovely patio where you can bask in the sun, read a book, or enjoy an evening barbecue under the stars.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. Kitchen was nice and lots of room. Beds were pretty comfortable and house was a little older but it was clean. We would go back! Very nice neighbors and neighborhood, easy access to the expressway to get where we needed to go as well.

The home is located on a beautiful and quiet street-while in a neighborhood, feels very secluded. The home is older so be aware of creaks and cracks. Very clean and neat, everything in working order. So much space! We didn’t expect a full lower level apartment just below the main level -with kitchenette , bathroom, another living room and 2 bedrooms! We needed the space for a worship band while in town- so the space worked out perfect with guys in the lower level, girls on the upper level and a main floor with living room, family room, kitchen and another bathroom. All in all- it was a perfect space, clean rooms and bathrooms, lots of places for sitting, resting, visiting or practicing music. We would absolutely stay there again.
