Our neighborhood is nestled between Rockville Pike and Viers Mill Road, our home is immersed in a dining and retail mecca. Head to Rock Creek Park for amazing nature escapes. Our mix traditional two-story 1950s Ranch Style home has a standard drain lines and plumbing pipes. Please only flush toilet paper to be kind to our plumbing system. As above, any need for us to call a plumber to fix a damaged or clogged pipe may result in a claim on your deposit.

THERMOSTAT
You may adjust the temperature using the thermostat on the living room wall. Like all homes in the area, this is an older home, so be patient with the heating zones. The upstairs will get significantly warmer than the downstairs, so just plan accordingly or just open the upstairs windows for cooler airflow. Please shut all windows and try not to leave the A/C running when you leave the house.

NO PARTYING of any kind inside or on the property. Primary guest MUST be 25 years of age or older. Please respect the community. Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! A Ring floodlight security camera on-site (records the exterior only) can alert us to extra guests and party supplies coming into the home. Guests in violation risk immediate cancellation plus a claim on the deposit to cover extra cleaning and any damage. Consistently high noise levels will be flagged and you will be asked to turn down the volume. Both of these policies help us keep the neighborhood peaceful and enjoyable for your stay.

Check-in is 4PM onwards. Check out by 11AM. Our cleaners need the extra time to perform a thorough cleaning in between guests. Thank you for understanding.

This is a NO shoes house, so please bring your comfy slippers! All shoes must be taken off at entry. Please understand this takes a lot of extra time and cost to clean for housekeeping.

DAMAGING AND VIOLATION PENALTIES:
Missing towels: $10 per towel, no matter the size.
Missing items (other than towels): Cost plus 50% for replacement.
Smoking in the home: $500
Late Checkout Past 11 AM: $75
Additional guests than those on the reservation: $50 per guest/per Night
Excessive cleaning if the home requires extra cleaning: $150
