Green space is abundant. Wandsworth Common is approximately half a mile away, Clapham Common just beyond - both offering tennis courts, ponds for wildlife watching, and plenty of room to breathe. Venture to Battersea Park for its bandstand, cycling paths, and the striking Peace Pagoda with its four gilded bronze statues of the Buddha.

Transport links are excellent. Clapham Junction mainline station (0.6 miles) offers direct trains to Victoria and Waterloo, while Clapham South Underground (1.3 miles) connects you to the City and West End via the Northern Line in around 20 minutes.
