A great choice for families or friends seeking green open space and cafe culture in one of SW Londonâs most fashionable areas.
The house is located a short stroll from Clapham and Wandsworth Commons in an area affectionately known as âBetween the Commonsâ, popular with families and professionals alike. It is a stoneâs throw from trendy Northcote Road full of chic boutiques, cafes and a glorious Antiques Market.
Clapham Junction mainline station about 0.6 miles away offers direct trains to Victoria and Waterloo. Clapham South underground, about 1.3 miles away, provides Northern Line underground services into the City and West End, and can be reached in about 20 minutes.
Your Home
Step inside this pretty Victorian terrace house and the first room you come to is the double open-plan reception room. Thereâs a formal space to the front with a large, comfy sofa perfect for lazing on while watching TV or chatting with friends. If you are working from home or need peace and quiet, thereâs a study area at the other end.
At the back of the house, unwind in the dining space as someone prepares a well-deserved meal or enjoy a take-out from one of the many local restaurants like Franco Manca or Rosaâs Thai, Clapham.
In the summer, eat al-fresco in the courtyard-style paved garden. After a tiring day, prepare to sleep in one of the large bedrooms with king-size beds. For added convenience, the third bedroom has a super king-size bed which can be separated into two singles plus a pull-out futon single bed suitable for a child.

This is a delightful option for those seeking a quiet family area with space and easy access to lots of attractions.

Ideally placed for all the shops, restaurants and bars of Battersea Rise and Northcote Road, which becomes pedestrianised in the summer months. There is a Marks & Spencer food store in nearby St Johnâs Road and a Sainsburyâs Local at Clapham Junction plus a wonderful range of artisan food stores such as a traditional butchers and cheese shop in Northcote Road. Enjoy the great outdoors on the wide-open space of Wandsworth Common approximately 0.5 miles away and Clapham Common approximately 0.6 miles away. Indulge in a bit of people-watching in one of the cafes, watch the wildlife in the ponds or book a court for a game of tennis. A little further afield is Battersea Park with its bandstand, cycling paths and Peace Pagoda with four gilded bronze statues of the Buddha. There are good transport links by tube from Clapham South and overland from Clapham Junction plus a good selection of bus routes.
