Îlot de tranquillité avec sa terrase qui surplombe la vallée de la Dordogne, l'appartement de la Cafourche est un lieu de repos douillet et accueillant.
Nous venons de finir de le restaurer et pensons que son charme et sa simplicité sauront vous séduire.

La terrasse d'environ 60m² offre une vue imprenable sur la vallée de la Dordogne et la rivière qui serpente en contrebas.

Il est pourvu d'une cuisine entièrement équipée (réfrigérateur, four, micro-ondes, cafetière...) et d'une salle de bains avec un espace pour laver le linge.

Nous acceptons les animaux pour un supplément de 50 € / animal.

Tolle Apartment in Traumlage

Das Apartment ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, gepflegt und sauber. Der Blick auf die Dordogne traumhaft. Wir hatten online leider bei den Daten einen Buchungsfehler gemacht. Das war nicht mehr zu ändern, was sehr schade war. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir am Parkplatz unterhalb der Burg abgeholt und unser Gepäck mit einem kleinen Auto bis vor die Wohnung transportiert. Das war sehr angenehm, da die Gassen in Benac steil und eng sind. Leider kamen wir bei unserer Abreise nicht mehr in diesen Genuss, da das kleine Auto an Mieter im Apartment über uns vermietet worden war. Diese waren leider recht laut: Eine gefühlte Schar kleiner Kinder rannte ab früh am Morgen quer über unseren Köpfen umher und abends wurde wirklich stundenlang Klavier gespielt. Sofern man mit den Mietern darüber mehr Glück hat als wir - einfach traumhaft, vor allem die kleine Grasterrasse mit Grill und Liegestühlen

Great apartment, in a spectacular setting

Comfortable, roomy and uniquely French, in this spectacular location - great value. Be aware though that the the route to the apartment is up a VERY steep and narrow road. Not suitable for anyone with any physical problems, but for all others, wonderful.

Schönes Appartment, wunderbare Lage

sehr schönes, ansprechend und perfekt ausgestattetes Apparmenent mit Parkplatz Unverstellter Blick über das ganze Tal von allen Fenstern aus Terassengarten mit Sitzplatz, Grill, Liege, Sonnenschirm und ebenfalls Talblick Wunderschöne Lage des Apparmtments mitten im alten Dorfkern mit engen, steilen Straßen sehr gute Betreuung durch Vermieter, immer erreichbar per Telefon/SMS Sehr gute An- und Abreiseorganisation (Terminabsprachen, Koffertransport, Bezahlregelung) Kleine Einschränkung: über dem Apparment ist eine 20Personen Ferienwohnung. Einen gewisse Geräuschbelästigung ist bei Belegung nicht zu vermeiden.

Amazing apartment in an amazing village

This large apartment is situated right below the castle in Beynac. Be forewarned: the village is built on a very steep hillside, and the route to this apartment is just that, steep. Free parking is provided down the hill, and your hostess will meet you there and drive up to the apartment in her tiny car that fits in the narrow streets, but the rest of the time, you will be walking until you leave, when the process is repeated in reverse. Our hostess, Paula, was a gem. She was cheery, helpful, and quick to respond to our requests. The rooms are spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. The kitchen could be better stocked with cooking utensils, but when we asked, we were given what we needed to cook. Best of all is the view of the Dordogne river and the surrounding valley -- spectacular. With good weather, many hot air balloons add to the spectacle, as do the canoes drifting down the river. The cost is very reasonable, as well.

Traumterrasse

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Fluss, ruhige Lage mitten im sehr gut erhaltenen mittelalterlichen Dorf. Das heißt allerdings auch, dass man mit einem normal großen Auto nicht durch die engen, steilen Gassen direkt zum Haus fahren kann und circa 400 Meter die Einkäufe schleppen muss. Ansonsten aber: super.

A fantastic 5 days at La Cafourche apartment

We loved the location of the property, centrally situated in the beautiful village of Beynac en Cazenac. Aurore provided us with detailed instructions and Paula was very helpful, meeting us at the car parking area and driving us up the very narrow streets to the apartment. The views of the Dordogne river and valley are wonderful and there is a lovely outdoor garden terrace. Even though we had a few drizzly days we could still enjoy sitting in the lounge and dining area. The whole apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with quality fittings. Several very good restaurants are within easy walking distance. We found Beynac to be a great base for exploring the surrounding area and our stay here was a highlight of our trip to France.

What a catch!

I spent five amazing days with my friend in this beautiful village Beynac and fantastic apartment la Cafourche. If you are looking for peace and quite, breathtaking views, cobbled tiny streets, great food this is the right place to go. The apartment itself it's beautifully decorated, the outside garden gives you privacy to chill out but also enjoy the view of The Dordogne Valley. The whole booking process, helpful assistance from Aurore and Paula who drove us with our suitcases to the apartment was highly appreciated as well. I can't recommend this place more as we enjoyed our stay very much and I'm sure that this not the first one nor thelast one positive review about this charming place. Thank you!

Lovely apartment in the heart of beautiful Beynac

We stayed here for a week of our honeymoon. The apartment was very well appointed and was very comfortable. It was lovely and clean upon arrival. The manager met us in a nearby car park and drove us to the apartment (the streets are very narrow and a driver in a hire car/inexperienced with Beynac's roads, would definitely struggle to navigate the streets unscathed! We were very grateful of her driving skills). The views over the Dordogne valley were absolutely stunning. There are three chateaux visible from the apartment windows as well as the river and valley itself. We particularly loved watching the early morning mist be cleared gradually by the sun, and we also enjoyed having a glass of wine and watching the sun set from the private garden. Beynac itself is simply delightful. The village is very picturesque and is easily explored in a day (although it has extraordinarily steep streets!). Beynac Chateaux is definitely worth a visit and there are also some lovely patisseries and shops nearby. We fell in love with the area and we will definitely re-visit. We would more than happy to stay in the same apartment again.

Stunning Vista

Gorgeous spacious apartment with lots of natural light and amazing views over the village of Beynac immediately below and the river and landscape beyond. Lovely finishings in bathroom, kitchen and throughout the rustic yet modern floor-space. Appreciated the transfer from the train station and the advice given for finding transit options through a great local taxi/guide service. Everything was clean and in good condition, overall good communication as well. The local area is postcard stunning from almost every angle and provides ample attractions both historical and natural. Highly recommend.

Vue imprenable

Vue imprenable à 180° avec un accueil parfait un appartement extraordinaire. Le seul bémol est le parking. Une location à ce prix mérite un emplacement de parking plus proche même avec un peu de marche. D'autres locations proches en ont. Ne convient pas à des personnes à mobilité réduite.
